This is a very late answer to your question, and I hope you are able to see it. I have experienced the same message on my 720E, and found that turning off "mobile data" on my cell allows me to see my camera view. Hope that helps.

I know this reply is late, but...I have the 720E and can tell you my experiences with it. The Good: It's a very affordable drone. It's pretty solid. The camera is on a gimbal. It flies very well. The Bad: It takes 5 hours to charge the batteries...and you only get about 20 minutes flight...
